Welcome to 28x777. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 28x777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 28x777 website, platform features, games, promotions, payment services and all associated content made available through https://28x777.cam and any related subdomains or applications (collectively, "the Platform").

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 28x777 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of any pending bonuses and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and verifiable information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and — where required for payment processing — your national identity details. For Pakistani users, this may include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 28x777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You agree to notify 28x777 immediately via our support channels if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

28x777 is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with the anti-money laundering (AML) and age verification obligations applicable to the Platform's licensed jurisdiction. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, upon reaching a specified transaction threshold, or at any point at the Platform's discretion.

5.1 Documents Typically Required

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued identity document. For Pakistani users, a current Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport is the standard document. The document must be valid, unobstructed and clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: Where required, a recent utility bill, bank statement or other official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie / Liveness Check: A live photograph of yourself, which may include holding your identity document, to confirm physical possession and prevent identity fraud.
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.

5.2 Document Integrity

You must never alter, obscure, crop, edit or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of fraudulent, altered or falsified documents constitutes a criminal offence in most jurisdictions and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

Always upload KYC documents through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Do not send identity documents via unsecured email, social media, messaging applications or any channel other than the designated secure upload portal.

5.3 Pending Verification

While KYC verification is pending, 28x777 reserves the right to temporarily restrict withdrawal access. Deposits and gameplay may continue at the Platform's discretion during the verification period. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request may be suspended.

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositor's name differs from the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in deposit reversal and potential account suspension.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified within the Platform's Cashier section and may vary by payment method. 28x777 reserves the right to apply additional limits at its discretion for risk management or regulatory compliance purposes.

Payment method references commonly recognised by Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfer via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be relevant to deposit and withdrawal options available through the Platform's operator. These references are provided for contextual familiarity only. 6.2 Withdrawals

6.3 Currency

In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific promotional terms, the promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your Account in accordance with the applicable promotion's eligibility criteria. Unless stated otherwise, a minimum qualifying deposit may be required.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds — and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount — are subject to wagering requirements specified in the promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, bonus-derived funds are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited from your Account balance without notice.

• Identity Fraud: Using false, stolen or misappropriated identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker or other competitive game formats.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in bad faith, including through co-ordinated activity with other accounts, use of betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematic exploitation of offer structures.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals, chargebacks or disputes with a payment provider in respect of deposits made to your Account while simultaneously retaining the benefit of those funds or any associated winnings.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, exploits or any non-human means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds in a manner that constitutes money laundering or violates applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Underage Play: Attempting to register or use the Platform while under the minimum permitted age.
• Accessing from Prohibited Jurisdictions: Attempting to access or use the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under applicable law or the Platform's terms of service.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 28x777.

The 28x777 name, logo and brand marks are proprietary to 28x777. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product, service or activity is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 28x777, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or interruption of service — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether 28x777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

28x777's aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

28x777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance at any time, which may temporarily interrupt service availability.

28x777 does not accept liability for any losses resulting from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, government actions, payment processor failures or regulatory changes.

13.1 Closure by You

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a request to our support team via Live Chat or email. Before closing, ensure that any eligible balance is withdrawn, as residual balances may be subject to the dormant account policy following closure.

13.2 Closure by 28x777

28x777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The Account is subject to a fraud, AML or regulatory investigation.
• The User is found to have provided false or misleading registration information.
• The Account has been inactive for a period specified in the Platform's dormant account policy.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, court order or regulatory authority direction.

13.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, any pending bonus amounts that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Eligible real-money balances will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC and any outstanding compliance requirements.

28x777 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via the Platform, email notification or a prominent notice on the website. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.
